The 5 Point Needle Procedure (often called 5NP, acudetox, or the NADA protocol):
✨Consists 5 points needled in each ear
✨Our ears are innervated by the vagus nerve
✨This nerve stimulates points to activate the body’s rest-and-digest and social engagement systems
✨Both systems are important in shifting out of our trauma and chronic stress responses,
including fight, flight, freeze, appease, and/or
dissociate.
