​Individual & Group Therapist
Positions available for in office : Hybrid- In office & Virtual Sessions
Daytime/Afternoons/Evenings/ weekends (optional)-
Part time position *Must have some afternoon/evenings available , availability for both in person and virtual sessions.
Clinical supervision is provided.​
Our team has a supportive & empowering environment. You will have flexibility to determine your own scheudle & bring your own clinical ideas to the team! Group therapy is optional - we support your clinical ideas & professional growth.​
Essential responsibilities & requirements include but are not limited to:
- Must have LCSW,LMHC-A/ Master's in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, licensed within the State of Rhode Island
- Experience, training, specialty or focus in holistic healing & wellness, art therapy, EMDR, mindfulness & women's mental health preferred not required
- Assess or provide individual (in person & virtual) therapy, counseling supporting -adults, completion of diagnostic assessments, intervention and education to clients in a professional manner.
-Management of clinical needs for clients on caseload, contact and scheduling of sessions with clients as needed
-Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans.
-Proficient ability with computers & electronic health system
- Provide services and conducts self in a manner consistent with Social Work Code of Ethics.
-Participate in team meetings, coordination with other team members as needed, and supervision.
-Maintaining daily clinical documentation & case record on electronic health record
-Strong communication & interpersonal skills, compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality practices
- Strong Organization skills and ability to work independently
-Completion of new hire process including BCI/fingerprinting
-Flexible/ ability to manage own schedule, Job Type: Part-time

Administrative & Marketing Office Manager
Inner Light Counseling & Wellness is a holistic private practice supporting Women's mental health & wellness.
We are a growing practice seeking an experienced Administrative & Marketing Office Manager to grow with us! Ideal candidate is able to work independently, able to multitask, be creative and possesses strong communication skills. Position is in office. Schedule is flexible 10 hours per week to start with potential to grow within the company.
This position is a hybrid position (virtual with some in office time)
Essential responsibilities & requirements include but are not limited to:

1+ years of mental health medical billing experience preferred

1+ years of knowledge & experience with marketing for a small business/ or use of social media for business purposes preferred

1+ years of office managmnet administative experience

Assistance with office administrative tasks: Including screening new clients, follow up on referrals, EHR file management.

Familiar with HIPAA and privacy compliance

Excellent communication skills and active listening

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to help clients feel supported

Social media & marketing management
Intake coordination for new client benefits
