Christa DiCasparro

Christa is a Licensed Clinical Social worker with a focus on women's mental health and wellness. She has a Master's in Social Work from Simmons College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University. Christa is also a Usui Reki Master and provides energy healing through Reiki work. Christa also is a life & mindset coach with a focus on changing limiting beliefs and living an authentic life. Christa's work around mindset coaching is rooted in spirituality, self-compassion, and principles based on the law of attraction.  Christa is also a mother and has practiced many years of self-empowerment and compassion as well as a spiritual journey.
