5. Quality Sleep: Ensure you get enough restorative sleep to support overall well-being and cognitive function. Limit distractions before bedtime and incorporate relaxation, mindfulness, essential oils & comforting items at bedtime. Establishing a nightly routine and consistent bedtime is often helpful- along with limiting exposure to those blue lights!
